Wide Open is the side project of mandolinist Pete Frostic. He plays instrumental duets with banjoist Ben Krakauer. This project pushes the boundaries of modern acoustic music. The material includes Celtic inspired originals, straight up bluegrass, Brazilian tunes, and others that are a blend of all these. Listeners of new acoustic music will certainly enjoy this project.
